
Rules We All Follow
1. Maintain Respect and Security

Conflict Resolution: Physical altercations and verbal abuse are strictly prohibited. Engaging in such behavior will result in the immediate revocation of residency. Any disagreements that cause a disturbance must be reported to management immediately.

Property Respect: Theft or deliberate damage to the property of the home or belongings of others will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate revocation of residency.

Room Respect: Entering a room of another resident without permission is grounds for

immediate removal from the house.
2. Substance-Free and Safe Living

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is not allowed within any indoor area of the property. If you are smoking outside the door, please ensure that the exterior door is closed so smoke doesn’t enter the building. If you are smoking in the garage area, please keep the garage door open at least 12 inches to allow smoke to exit the garage. No smoking or usage of marijuana anywhere on the premises, including medical marijuana.

Drug and Alcohol Policy: Possession or use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia on the property is strictly forbidden. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be temporarily removed from the home to a safe location. Repeated offenses may result in permanent removal.
3. Take Responsibility for Personal Cleanliness

Cleanliness: Residents are expected to clean up after themselves daily, including personal items, dishes, and trash. showering….

Laundry: Residents must wash their laundry at least once per week and promptly put away their clothes, ensuring that nothing is left on the washer or dryer.

Personal Space: Beds must be made each morning before leaving the house.

Chores: Residents are required to participate in rotating chores assigned fairly by house management. Completion of these chores is essential to maintain a clean and orderly living environment.

Personal Items: Residents are expected to limit the amount of personal belongings brought onto the premises to two weeks' worth of clothing and essential supplies to maintain a tidy and manageable living environment.

Valuables: Residents are strongly advised against bringing valuables into the property. The Company will not be held liable for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal valuables brought onto the premises by the licensee or their guests.
4. Respect Visitor and Noise Guidelines

Visitation Rules: Visiting hours are designated as Sundays from 11 AM to 7 PM. All visitors must be pre-approved by house management and must depart by 7 PM. Any exceptions must be cleared in advance by management. Visitors are subject to the same substance rules as the residents, and anyone caught with any forbidden substance will be removed and potentially reported to the police.

Noise Control: Use of devices in common areas must be done with headphones to maintain a quiet environment for all residents.

5. Engage in Community and Respect Quiet Hours

House Meetings: House meetings are held every Sunday at 7 PM. Residents are encouraged to bring non-emergency complaints, ideas, and suggestions to these meetings for discussion. This allows the community to address and manage situations collaboratively. Please consider jotting down your thoughts beforehand to ensure they are presented clearly. Emergency situations and urgent maintenance issues, however, should be reported immediately to management.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 11 PM and end at 7 AM. During this time, residents are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum, including lowering TV and device volumes and dimming unnecessary lights, to avoid disturbing others.
6. Report and Address Maintenance Issues Promptly

Reporting Issues: Any home maintenance issues must be reported to management as soon as possible to ensure the safe upkeep of the house.
7. Commit to Cooperative Living

Curfew: Residents must return to the house by 11 PM each night unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Refrigerator Use: Respect shared refrigerator space by storing only a minimal number of personal items and keeping bulk items in designated storage areas. Replenish these items from your storage as needed.

Television and Common Area Use: Residents have shared use of the common areas and television. It is the responsibility of the residents to collaboratively create and adhere to a TV schedule. The TV and remotes are property of the house; removing a remote to a private room is prohibited to ensure access for all residents.

Personal Device Use: Residents must use headphones when operating any personal devices, including televisions, in their rooms to avoid disturbing others, especially during quiet hours.

Parking: The driveway accommodates two cars. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please ensure to leave room for the second car. If parking on the right side, pull all the way up to the garage to allow the left-side car to back out without going over the curb.

Community Cooperation: Residents are expected to contribute positively to the community. Failure to adhere to house rules or causing conflict may lead to termination of residency.

No Pets Allowed: This includes fish and other small pets.
